Your Qolsys IQ Panel 2 relies on strong cellular connectivity to communicate with Alarm.com. You can quickly verify the panel’s current signal strength directly from the panel menu.
Steps to View Signal Strength
- From the Home Screen, tap Settings.
- Tap Advanced Settings.
- Enter the installer code.
- Tap About.
- Select Cellular to view the Cellular Signal Strength.
Why Signal Strength Matters
A strong signal ensures your system can communicate properly with monitoring services. Low signal may cause delays or communication troubles. If signal strength is consistently poor, consider moving the panel to a different location or contacting support.
