If the error message Remote provider not set displays when trying to send a communication test, verify Q7 is set to Alarm.com in panel programming on the 2GIG GC3.
To verify Q7 using the 2GIG GC3:
- Tap System Settings.
- Enter the installer code.
- Tap Installer Toolbox.
- Tap System Configuration.
- Scroll to Question 7 Select Remote Services provider (0-2), then tap 1 to enable Alarm.com.
