Remote provider not set displays on a 2GIG GC3

If the error message Remote provider not set displays when trying to send a communication test, verify Q7 is set to Alarm.com in panel programming on the 2GIG GC3.

To verify Q7 using the 2GIG GC3: 

  1. Tap System Settings.
  2. Enter the installer code.
  3. Tap Installer Toolbox.
  4. Tap System Configuration.
  5. Scroll to Question 7 Select Remote Services provider (0-2), then tap to enable Alarm.com.
