Enterprise Notices allow dealers to send messages to display locally at the panel using the Partner Portal or MobileTech app.
There are multiple default messages to choose from that can be sent to the panel. This feature does not allow personalized messages to be sent to panel. Currently, the messages are only available in English.
Important: The customer account must have the Enterprise Notices add-on selected on their service package to access this feature.
To send a message to the panel using the Partner Portal:
- Log into the Partner Portal.
- Find the customer account.
- Click Remote Toolkit.
- In the Command Catalog, click to expand General.
- Click Send Enterprise Notices.
- Using the Message dropdown menu, select the desired message.
- In Body, a preview of the message formatting (i.e., line breaks) based on the panel version is displayed.
- If the message includes a custom parameter (i.e., Have a question), enter the information in Parameters before sending the message.
- If the parameters have a maximum character limit, the limit is displayed as (String (##)). In the following example, the Dealer name has a character limit of 50 and the Phone number has a character limit of 18.
Note: The parameters do not check for character type (e.g., numbers, letters, punctuation, etc.) so verify the information is correct before sending the message.

- Click Send. Allow a few minutes for the message to send to the panel. There are no beeps or sounds at the panel when the message is received. There is not a way to remotely clear the Enterprise Notice message. However, sending a second message does replace the current message.

- Log into the MobileTech app.
- Find the customer account.
- Tap Remote Toolkit.
- Tap Command Catalog.
- Tap to expand General.
- Tap Send Enterprise Notices.
- Using the Message dropdown menu, select the desired message.

View/delete the message on the panel
Once the Enterprise Notice message is sent to the panel, an email envelope icon appears on the 2GIG GoControl screen.
- To view the message, the user taps on the email envelope to go to the Messages screen and then selects the message to read it.
- Certain messages (i.e., billing messages) require the user to enter their master code to view it.
- To delete the message, the user taps the delete option on the opened message.
