The Qolsys IQ Panel 2 allows users to interact with Z-Wave lights, locks, thermostats, and garage devices locally at the panel. For information about adding Z-Wave devices, see Manage Z-Wave devices on a Qolsys IQ Panel 2.

Note: Additional Z-Wave devices may be able to be added and controlled locally. For more information, refer to the device manufacturer.

To interact with Z-Wave lights from a Qolsys IQ Panel 2:

1. Swipe to the Lights section.
2. Tap the round checkbox next to the desired lights/smart sockets.
3. Tap On, Off, or Get Status.

To interact with Z-Wave locks from a Qolsys IQ Panel 2:

1. Swipe to the Locks section.
2. Flick up/down to choose a door (if applicable).
3. Tap the key icon to lock  or unlock  the door. Alternatively, tap Unlock All or Lock All.

To interact with Z-Wave thermostats from a Qolsys IQ Panel 2:

1. Swipe to the Thermostats section.
2. Tap the arrows to adjust the temperature.
3. Tap  to set the fan to Fan On or Fan Auto.
4. Tap the currently displayed icon to set the thermostat status to Off , Heat , Cool , or Auto .

To interact with Z-Wave garage devices from a Qolsys IQ Panel 2:

1. Swipe to the Garage section.
2. View the current status of the garage doors.
3. Tap Open  or Close  to open or close the garage doors.
