Qolsys IQ Panel 2 – Connect to Wi-Fi (Dual-Path Ready)

The Qolsys IQ Panel 2 supports Dual-Path (cellular + Wi-Fi). Before running any Wi-Fi/Dual-Path tests, run a cellular communication test to register the module and avoid Dual-Path troubles.

Connect Using the Panel

  1. Home → Settings → Advanced Settings → enter installer/master code
  2. Wi-Fi → Add Wi-Fi Network → select SSID → enter password → Connect

Connect via Partner Portal

  1. Partner Portal → customer → Signaling → Broadband Settings
  2. Enable Panel Wi-Fi (if disabled)
  3. Enter SSID/password or choose from list → Connect (use Scan Wi-Fi Networks if needed)
  4. Upload panel settings (~30s after connect) and run a system check

Connect via MobileTech

  1. MobileTech → customer → Equipment → Communication → Broadband Settings
  2. Enable Panel Wi-Fi (if disabled)
  3. Add SSID/password or choose from list → Connect → upload settings → system check
