Instructional help videos for users can be sent to the Qolsys IQ Panel 2 remotely using the Partner Portal. All help videos are general How-To tutorials for panel features. 

Important: The panel must be on firmware version 2.1.0+ and connected to Wi-Fi to download the help videos to the panel. 

When the help videos are sent using the Partner Portal, all of the following videos appear even if the customer does not have that feature on their panel or service package. The help videos sent using the Partner Portal cannot be customized for which videos do or do not appear at the panel.

To send help videos to the Qolsys IQ Panel 2: 

This can only be remotely performed using the Partner Portal. 

1. Log into the Partner Portal.
2. Find the customer account.
3. Click AirFX Legacy Toolkit.
4. In Troubleshooting, click Software Update.
5. In Send Help Videos Down to Panel, click either: 
   • Download English Help Videos to send the help video to the panel in English.
   • Download French Help Videos to send the help video to the panel in French.

To access help videos on the Qolsys IQ Panel 2:
