The notification volume heard locally on the Qolsys IQ Panel 2 can be adjusted using the Partner Portal, MobileTech app, or the panel itself.

To adjust the notification volume using the Partner Portal:

1. Log into the Partner Portal. 
2. Find the customer account. 
3. Click Remote Toolkit. 
4. In Command Catalog, click to expand Beeps & Speakers.
5. Click Beeps and Chimes volume.
6. Using the New value dropdown menu, select the desired volume level. 
7. Click Change. 

To adjust the notification volume using the MobileTech app: 

1. Log into the MobileTech app. 
2. Find the customer account.
3. Tap Remote Toolkit. 
4. Tap Command Catalog.
5. Tap to expand Beeps & Speakers.
6. Tap Beeps and Chimes volume. 
7. Using the New value dropdown menu, select the desired volume level.
8. Tap Change.

To adjust the notification volume using the local panel programming:

1. Tap Settings. 
2. Tap Advanced Settings.
3. Enter the installer code. 
4. Tap Sound.
5. Tap Volume.
6. Using the Beeps and Chimes volume slider, adjust the notification volume. 
7. Tap Close.
