To configure setpoints using the Customer Website:

1. Log into the Customer Website. 
2. Click on the thermostat card. 
3. Click the Advanced Configuration.
4. Using the dropdown menu, select the thermostat to configure.
5. In Heat Setpoint on the User tab, enter the minimum and maximum target temperatures for heat mode. 
6. In Cool Setpoint on the User tab, enter the minimum and maximum target temperatures for cool mode. 
7. Click Save. 

To configure setpoints using the Customer app:

1. Log into the Customer app. 
2. Tap on the thermostat card. 
3. Tap .
4. Tap Device Settings. 
5. In Thermostat Lock, tap the current value. 
6. Use the Heat Setpoint slider to adjust the minimum and maximum target temperatures for heat mode. 
7. Use the Cool Setpoint slider to adjust the minimum and maximum target temperatures for cool mode. 
8. Tap Apply to save changes.
