To configure setpoints using the Customer Website:
- Log into the Customer Website.
- Click
on the thermostat card.
- Click the Advanced Configuration.
- Using the dropdown menu, select the thermostat to configure.
- In Heat Setpoint on the User tab, enter the minimum and maximum target temperatures for heat mode.
- In Cool Setpoint on the User tab, enter the minimum and maximum target temperatures for cool mode.
- Click Save.
To configure setpoints using the Customer app:
- Log into the Customer app.
- Tap
on the thermostat card.
- Tap

- Tap Device Settings.
- In Thermostat Lock, tap the current value.
- Use the Heat Setpoint slider to adjust the minimum and maximum target temperatures for heat mode.
- Use the Cool Setpoint slider to adjust the minimum and maximum target temperatures for cool mode.
- Tap Apply to save changes.
How to Configure Thermostat Setpoints
Thermostat setpoints determine the minimum and maximum target temperatures your system will use in heating or cooling modes. You can configure these directly from the Customer Website or Customer app.
Configure Setpoints on the Customer Website
- Log into the Customer Website.
- Click on the thermostat card.
- Click Advanced Configuration.
- Using the dropdown, select the thermostat to configure.
- In Heat Setpoint on the User tab, enter the minimum and maximum heating temperatures.
- In Cool Setpoint on the User tab, enter the minimum and maximum cooling temperatures.
- Click Save to apply changes.

- Tap Device Settings.
- In Thermostat Lock, tap the current value.
- Use the Heat Setpoint slider to adjust minimum and maximum heating limits.
- Use the Cool Setpoint slider to adjust minimum and maximum cooling limits.
- Tap Apply to save changes.
