Enable the Manage My System Landing Page on a Qolsys IQ Panel 2

The Qolsys IQ Panel 2 supports the Manage My System landing page enabling users to see the panel’s Wi-Fi connectivity status, the panel's software version, and the state of the panel’s Bluetooth radio.

 

The following image is an example of how the Manage My System landing page appears on the Qolsys IQ Panel 2 screen:

Enable the Manage My System landing page

Note: There are no additional service package requirements for this feature.

Using the Partner Portal:
  1. Log into the Partner Portal.
  2. Find the customer account.
  3. Click Remote Toolkit.
  4. In the Command Catalog, click to expand Debug & Testing.
  5. Click Allow software updates from "Manage My Home".
  6. Using the dropdown menu, select Enable.
  7. Click Change.
Using the MobileTech app:
  1. Log into the MobileTech app
  2. Find the customer account.
  3. Tap Remote Toolkit.
  4. Tap Command Catalog.
  5. Tap to expand Debug & Testing.
  6. Tap Allow software updates from "Manage My Home".
  7. Using the dropdown menu, select Enable.
  8. Tap Change.
