Alarm.com offers weather to be displayed on compatible panels. The Qolsys IQ Panel 2 is compatible with Weather to Panel. 

Enable Weather to Panel

• To enable Weather to Panel, verify Weather to Panel is selected as an add-on to the customer's service package using the Partner Portal or MobileTech app. For more information about updating the service package, see Update the service package on a customer account.

Resend or request weather information

If weather is not appearing on the panel, it can be resent using the Partner Portal or MobileTech app, or requested using the panel. 

To resend weather information using the Partner Portal:  

1. Log into the Partner Portal.
2. Find the customer account.
3. Click Remote Toolkit.
4. In Command Catalog, click to expand General.
5. Click Send Weather Info.
6. Click Send Command. Allow a few minutes for the command to send to the panel. 

To resend weather information using the MobileTech app:  

1. Log into the MobileTech app.
2. Find the customer account.
3. Tap Remote Toolkit.
4. Tap Command Catalog. 
5. Tap to expand General. 
6. Tap Send Weather Info.
7. Tap Send Command. Allow a few minutes for the command to send to the panel.
