1. Using a pen or small screwdriver, hold the [Reset] button while reconnecting power.
2. The button makes a clicking noise when pressed.
3. Continue to hold the [Reset] button for 10 seconds.

Important: It is best to leave the video device plugged into power and undisturbed for two minutes after performing the factory reset.

The Reset button can be found on the back of the camera.
