How to Locate the MAC Address on Your Alarm.com Camera
The MAC address is a unique identifier used during setup and troubleshooting of Alarm.com cameras. On most devices, it is located under the QR code on the back of the camera.
Finding the MAC Address
- Remove the camera from its mount.
- Locate the QR code sticker on the back of the camera.
- Twist the camera mount slightly to either side.
- The MAC address will be revealed beneath the QR code.
Tip: The MAC address is often required when enrolling a camera into your Alarm.com account or troubleshooting connection issues.
