Visual Verification (VV) is a feature that allows the monitoring station to receive image captures during an alarm activation on the Qolsys IQ Panel 2. For the Qolsys IQ Panel 2, the following devices can be used for Alarm.com Visual Verification: 

• Alarm.com Image Sensors
• Alarm.com video devices 
• Panel camera 
• PowerG PIR cameras

To enable Visual Verification on a Qolsys IQ Panel 2:

1. Verify Images - Plus and Visual Verification During Alarms are selected in the customer's service package. 
   • In order to update the service package, contact True Protection Support. 
2. Verify Video and Image Sensor Verification is selected in the customer's monitoring settings.
   • In order to update the monitoring settings, contact True Protection True Protection Support.
3. To enable the panel camera and/or the Power PIR camera, verify panel camera alarm image uploads are enabled using the Customer Website.
