Schlage BE468ZP and BE469ZP

Panel compatibility

The Schlage BE468ZP and BE469ZP are only compatible with Qolsys, DSC, SEM-Honeywell/ADEMCO Vista, Interlogix, and 2GIG EDGE security panels.

Required production date

These locks must be produced in December 2019 or later to be supported by Alarm.com. The production date can be found on the bottom of the box's label in the MMDDYY(letter) format or on the manufacturer sticker located on the inside of the lock in the MMDDYYYY format.

The trouble condition that appears reads, Your module does not support this version of Schlage locks. Please upgrade your module to enable functionality. This module’s firmware can be updated remotely using the Partner Portal.
