Heating and Cooling Health Reports

Heating and Cooling Health Reports are monthly reports sent during the first week of each month for a customer’s HVAC system. They show how often the system runs in heating or cooling mode, provide performance statistics, and summarize user interaction with the thermostat. Reports also include recommendations for improving efficiency and saving energy costs.

Important: Thermostats must be enabled on the customer's service package.
