How to Adjust ADC-CSVR126 Display Settings

The ADC-CSVR126 Commercial Stream Video Recorder (SVR) supports up to two monitors for live video and playback. Users can manage display modes and resolution settings directly from the Alarm.com Customer Website.

Display Behavior

  • Two monitors connected: The primary display shows playback, while the secondary display shows live video.
  • One monitor connected: Users can manually switch between playback and live video.

Adjusting the Primary Display

  1. Log into the Customer Website.
  2. Click Video.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. From the Video Device dropdown, select the Commercial Stream Video Recorder.
  5. Click Local Display.
  6. From the Primary Display dropdown, select the desired output (HDMI or VGA).
  7. Click Save.

Note: The “Automatic” (default) option will disappear once HDMI or VGA is selected.

Adjusting Display Resolution

  1. While on the Local Display page, choose the resolution for each connection type:
    • Use the HDMI Resolution dropdown to select the HDMI output resolution.
    • Use the VGA Resolution dropdown to select the VGA output resolution.
  2. Click Save.
  3. Allow about 2 minutes for the changes to take effect.

Note: These resolution settings determine the maximum playback quality per camera, but the actual video resolution depends on the connected camera’s capabilities.
