SkyBell Doorbell Camera Router Compatibility

The SkyBell Doorbell Camera works with most home routers and business networks. However, in some cases, users may experience unexpected behavior—most commonly being unable to view the live video stream. If this occurs, certain router settings may need to be adjusted.

Belkin Router Compatibility

Below are common Belkin router models and the adjustments typically required to resolve live streaming or connectivity issues with the SkyBell Doorbell Camera:

  • Belkin F9K1001: Turn UDP Flood Protection off
  • Belkin F7D5301: Turn the firewall off
  • Belkin F7D6301: Turn UDP Flood Protection off
  • Belkin F7D2301: Turn UDP Flood Protection off
  • Belkin F9K1002V4: Turn the firewall off
  • Belkin F9K1002V2: Turn the firewall off

Troubleshooting Live Streaming Issues

If your SkyBell Doorbell Camera is not streaming properly:
