Adjusting the video resolution and image quality of SkyBell Doorbell Cameras can improve performance for various conditions.
Note: The SkyBell Doorbell Camera's image properties (e.g., brightness, contrast, exposure, etc.) cannot be adjusted manually.
If your Partner Portal rep login has the correct permissions, the option is also available when logging in as the customer using Login with Access. For more information about using Login with Access, Using Login with Access.
To change the video resolution and quality using the Customer Website:
- Log into the Customer Website.
- Click Video.
- Click Settings.
- Using the Video Device dropdown menu, select the SkyBell Doorbell Camera to be edited.
- Click Video Device Info.
- Using the Video Resolution and Quality dropdown menu, select the resolution and quality.
- Click Save.
To change the video resolution and quality using the Customer app:
- Log into the Customer app.
- Tap Doorbell Camera.
- Tap .
- Using the Resolution and Quality dropdown menu, select the desired option.
- Tap .
